Beautiful Gem Silica from Peru
UChrysocolla is a hydrous copper silicate with a hardness of 2 -4 on the Moh's scale. It is often found with Malachite and Azurite as it is a copper based mineral. It's most frequent colour is green but can also be a beautiful bright blue or blue/green. Gem Silica is a druzy or gemmy form of Chrysocolla with Quartz which is much more rare than Chrysocolla. Our Chrysocolla and Gem Silica is from Peru in South America.
